Ge Hong Memorial Hall

Explore the secret of the thousand-year Taoist medicine culture

 Gehong was a famous medical expert from Jurong city, Jiangsu province. His medical achievements and alchemy experience contributed a lot to the medical research of china and the world. Especially in the field of phylaxiology and epidemiology, Gehong applied Artemisia annua fresh juice to cure malaria, which laid a solid foundation to the development of anti-malaria medicine in later generations.  

In order to promote Ge Hong culture-the specialty of Jurong, the museum of Jurong city made an open collecting of the relating historical records and files for building the Ge Hong Memorial Hall in memory of the profound impact which Ge Hong brought to the world and the contributions he did to human beings.

Shanghai concert hall was built in March 1930, former knowns as Nanjing Grand Theater, and it was designed by Chinese architect with western classic style. 

Shanghai concert hall initiated overall innovation project in last year in order to protect the historical architecture, fix the situation that old equipment cannot meet the needs of high-standard performance and improve the performance and watching experience. The innovation held the principle of repairing old as old, and the target is to improve the safety of theater and expertise of performance and effectiveness of space utilization. It will also improve the specialty of the concert hall by fixing the existing acoustic problem. The upgrading of the stage machinery and illumination equipment better adapts the updating needs of stage performance, makes the whole hall warm and luxurious, and offers the best ambience of acting and viewing.

Xiamen Waldorf Hotel

Hilton's most TOP hotel brand

Waldorf is the top brand of Hilton hotel and only made its appearance in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, and Xiamen is the fourth one, which redefines the new luxurious mark of Xiamen hospitality as the most top rank hotel in Fujian province. The hotel is located in Paragon Lotus in the city center of Xiamen city, which is concealed in the city center and surrounded by a large area of oasis, and one can have a full view of the skyline. Interior design of this hotel is jointly accomplished by AB CONCEPT and STRICKLAND from Japan, which is good at catering space design. It is a great honor that VF contributes to the building of this super five-star hotel. The opening schedule has been put on the agenda, looking forward to the grand opening of Waldorf in Xiamen. 

The hotel is expected to open in October 2020.

The 07 lot shopping mall of Shenzhen HYY one city center

Landmark building in Longhua district

One city center is located in Longhua new district and is circled by Renmin road, Gongye road, Meilong road, Dong Huan 1st road and Jianshe road. It has an overall area of 43.8㎡, and a whole area of 3200 thousand㎡, and is a large-scale urban complex of residence, commercial, business, and education. 

The architecture adopts “U shape series connection, penetration and integration“ layout style, creating a diverse and vibrant public open area, and emphasizes the high and low spatial form with rhythm and full of changes urban skyline. 

The plan layout of HYY one city center integrates the business concept “stereo circle”, plan concept” dancing ribbon” and positions itself as a fashionable life experience center which combines fun, experiencing, and viewing together and makes it a one-stop life experience paradise with the mixing of open business and semi-open business.

 Beijing vice center landmark、tallest building

The new everbright center is adjacent to the municipal government of Beijing city and located in the biggest urban complex of core business area in Tongzhou river CBD which is known as vice center of Beijing city. It is the project initiated in the first stage of Tognzhou business center and a representative project of the government, also one of the green projects of Beijing city. It consists of a main tower-“Beijing Tower” and six well-arranged high-rise buildings well arranged. Apart from four business apartments which have been built already, also three international grade A office buildings are included.

Shenzhen Rural Commercial Bank

Will be a sustainable world-class benchmark architecture

The project is located in the central area of Bao'an, Shenzhen, and includes a high-rise office tower and a nearby low-rise venue building. The 150-meter-high multifunctional building adopts a naturally ventilated atrium and a column-free exterior structure, which will become a world-class benchmark building for sustainable design.

The vertical atrium runs through the entire building on the east and west facades of the building, provides ventilation and natural air circulation, and improves the heating and ventilation performance of the building. The building is adjacent to the public park and only three blocks away from the waterfront. The building provides a magnificent view of the scenery for users on each floor through the tall atrium.

The building adopts an external steel oblique grid, which keeps a distance between the oblique grid and the facade, thereby providing a flexible column-free indoor office space, while also having a shading function.

LEED Gold Green Certified Building

The Henderson Center office building project is located in Xuhui District, Shanghai. It is east to Yunjin Road Airport River, south to Huangshi Road, west to Fenggu Road, and north to Longyao Road Airport River. The building area is about 150,700 square meters. The above-ground tower 1 has 11 floors. 2 is a 20-story building, two single buildings with 5 floors, and 6 single buildings for commercial buildings. It will become a high-end urban complex integrating office, commercial and supporting facilities. The proposed goal is to reach LEED gold level green certification and above standards, and at the same time to meet China's two-star green building standards.
