In addition to media office and studio production functions, Phoenix International Media Center has arranged a large number of interactive experience spaces open to the public to reflect Phoenix Media's unique open business philosophy. The overall design logic of the building is to wrap the space with independent maintenance and use in an ecologically functional enclosure, reflecting the concept of a building in the middle of the building, forming a number of shared public spaces between the two.
